He keeps track of each guest's preferences from morning coffee order to evening drink, so you never need to ask twice.

They clean twice daily — once while you are at breakfast, again for turndown in the evening. Fresh flowers on every nightstand, towels folded into shapes that make the children laugh. Complimentary laundry is returned the same day, pressed and folded.

Somphon maintains the garden by hand — pruning frangipani, sweeping the stone paths at dawn, and testing the pool water three times a day. Guests rarely see him at work; they just notice that everything is always immaculate.
