With over fifteen years of culinary experience and classical training in French and Thai technique, Chef Somchai brings deep expertise to your private villa kitchen. His repertoire spans royal Thai cuisine, fresh Andaman seafood, contemporary East-meets-West fusion, and open-flame BBQ grilling.

Each meal is a personal collaboration — Chef Somchai consults with every guest to tailor menus around individual tastes, dietary needs, and seasonal market produce. Whether it is a leisurely poolside breakfast, an intimate candlelit dinner, or a lively BBQ under the stars, every dish is prepared with care, precision, and the finest ingredients Phuket has to offer.
